Repetition Reinforces the Revelation - A photography exhibition by Samuel John Butt at the unique Heritage & Arts Centre Bow emerged after an exploration into the notion that repetition is a key component in developing, and reestablishing when lost, creative practice. But not only that. Repetition is a key factor in the pursuit of wisdom, perspective and discipline in life.

This exhibition presented a visual representation of the artist's findings; that repetition reinforces the revelations revealed by simple everyday routine and disciplines. Samuel John Butt is a London-Based art photographer whose work has been published in the pages of i-D Magazine, can be found in album artwork for British Singer songwriter Michael Kiwanuka and most recently has been published in The Loyalist, a newspaper that acts as a space to share things of meaning.Samuel specialises in film/analogue photography and through his work, celebrates and explores the ordinary, within the extraordinary moments of everyday life.
